Cartoon Submission Rules

By submitting a cartoon to CapContest.com you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

All cartoons submitted must be original, must not have been previously published, released or distributed and must have been created and owned exclusively by the entrant submitting the creation.

All submissions may be posted on a publicly accessible web site. CapContest.com disclaims any and all liability for any infringement of any 3rd parties' rights in any submission caused by any entrant.

Submissions chosen for display on the CapContest.com website become the property of CapContest.com and may not be used by any party other than CapContest.com without the express written permission of CapContest.com.

Confirmation of receipt of submitted cartoons is not guaranteed. There will not be compensation for selected cartoons. Selected cartoons will be showcased on CapContest.com.

Cartoon content must be family-friendly. Please do not submit any cartoon containing nudity, sexual content, violent images or vulgar language.
